I have a dell windows laptop for a client which was enrolled to an organisation, the company closed down suddenly and the client was left with the laptop, they cannot log back into windows as it says something about a domain message, and the client does not know the local login - they need to log back in to be able to gain access to their personal files which are very important to them, we tried removing the m.2 drive and connect externally but bitlocker comes up and client does not know the code. Is it possible to remove the laptop from the company domain and perhaps try log into the llaptop locally ? (although we dont know the local login details either)
